CloserHire is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy. They are seeking to onboard Hebrew-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to support a major global social media platform. This is a fully on-site position in Lisbon, Portugal, offering the opportunity to join an international team focused on maintaining a safe, reliable, and positive online environment.
Day to day that means review reported content, including images, videos, text, and advertisements, ensuring compliance with platform policies and applicable standards in Hebrew and English, evaluate advertisements to identify misleading, inappropriate, or harmful content, investigate reported violations using internal tools and resources and determine the appropriate action, ensure content and advertisements comply with platform guidelines and applicable requirements, maintain accurate records of moderation activities and report relevant trends or patterns, collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and support platform policies, and provide feedback and recommendations to improve content moderation processes.
