Bosch Aveiro, Portugal, offers a 12-month internship to contribute to the development and industrialization of heat pump water heater products. You will work with R&D, Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing teams to drive innovative cooling and heating solutions.

Responsibilities include analyzing legislation and standards, defining validation strategies, performing lab tests and preparing technical reports for stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or similar technical field.
• Strong interest in thermal systems, refrigeration or sustainable technologies.
• Innovative mindset with willingness to challenge and improve existing solutions.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and technical topics simultaneously and an analytical mindset.
• Autonomy, ownership and problem-solving attitude.

Aufgaben

• Support the development and industrialization of new heat pump water heater products.
• Analyze current and upcoming legislation, standards and technical requirements applicable to products.
• Define validation strategies, test plans and engineering test methods.
• Execute laboratory testing, measurements and performance evaluations.
• Prepare clear technical reports and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Participate in troubleshooting, brainstorming and root cause analysis activities.
• Support engineering change management processes during product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Product Management and Manufacturing.
