Knok is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support doctors at the front desk, manage appointments, and respond to customer inquiries using our platform. You will handle emails, chats, and calls related to consultations, book remote sessions, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in Portuguese, possess strong multitasking skills, and have prior customer service or healthcare experience.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese with clear written and spoken communication.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 21:00 or 21:00 to 01:00.
• Good communication and argumentation skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Book remote consultations.
• Handle emails, chats and calls related to consultations.
• Register and manage appointment requests.
• Monitor consultations activity in real time.
• Perform administrative tasks.
• Provide feedback to other teams.
• Ensure a positive experience for doctors, customers, and partners.
• Clarify knok subscription plans.
