Knok in Porto is seeking a Telephone Triage Nurse to assess patients’ medical needs over the phone and guide them to the appropriate level of care.

You will evaluate complaints, provide compassionate support, and work with fast-changing conditions. Requirements include a Nursing degree, active RN license, 2+ years in triage, and fluency in Portuguese and English. Training will start at our Matosinhos office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Current, valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in triage, either by telephone or in an emergency room setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
• Compassionate, with good communication skills
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Comfortable working under pressure in fast-changing conditions
• Available to get initial training at our office in Matosinhos, Porto

About the role
