Qualificações

• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver professional, personalized and attentive service to guests according to restaurant standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide an efficient and welcoming experience throughout all service periods.
• Maintain strong knowledge of menus, products and restaurant operations to confidently assist guests.
• Recommend food and beverage options and support upselling opportunities whenever appropriate.
• Handle guest requests professionally and communicate feedback to supervisors and management.
• Perform operational duties across breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool service and room service.
• Ensure proper setup, mise-en-place, cleanliness and organization of all service areas and stations.
• Support service flow and assist the team during busy periods.
• Ensure smooth communication with kitchen and fellow team members during service.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and department standards.
• Assist with billing procedures and revenue opportunities through service excellence.
