Tivoli Hotels & Resorts in Faro, Portugal, seeks an Assistant Head Waiter (M/F) to take orders and serve food and beverages while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will engage with guests during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely, accurate orders.

The role requires hospitality/F&B training, local language fluency, and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Experience in hotel/hoReCa or related sectors is highly valuable.
• Vocational hospitality/F&B training completed.
• Fluent in local language; good English proficiency preferred.
• Proficient with POS systems and basic computer software.
• Strong listening and communication abilities.
• Detail oriented with a sales mindset.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service that promotes satisfaction.
• Welcome guests according to company standards.
• Maintain direct contact with guests during meals and events.
• Know frequent guests and their preferences.
• Suggest hotel F&B products and services.
• Review daily specials with the F&B team.
• Coordinate with Kitchen for accurate orders.
• Set up and clean restaurant and meeting room tables.
• Ensure brand-standard quality and service.
• Process payments using POS system.
• Upsell to increase F&B revenue.
• Keep outlets clean and guest-ready.
• Follow health regulations and customer service guidelines.
