The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, responsiveness to requests, flexibility for night/weekend shifts, and a tech-savvy approach to reading, writing, and basic systems. Experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualificações

• Fluency in the local language; extra languages a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Literate with basic maths and computers.
• Ability to be flexible for night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Be the warm welcome that starts a memorable guest experience.
• Take and manage guest bookings, upsell, and share local insights.
• Handle cash and credit transactions
• Check guests in and out, manage IDs, keys and safety deposits
• Record guest preferences and respond to messages and requests
• Be a trusted contact for guests and escalate issues when needed
• Follow safety procedures and report incidents
