Platform Engineering seeks a Head of Revenue Operations & Systems to own growth ops, CRM data layer, and tool stack. You will build pipelines, de-duplicate data, and enable self-service analytics across non-technical teams while steering the core revenue tech stack.

You will lead two reports from day one and report to leadership, driving the operations function as the company scales and integrating marketing analytics with CRM processes.

Qualificações

• Hands-on engineering skills; design and build data pipelines and workflows in SQL and code.
• Experience building performance marketing/ad-tech systems and attribution pipelines.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or equivalent) at a technical level.
• Solid data modeling and architecture skills for data warehouses and CRMs.
• A track record of tooling decisions that serve the whole team.
• People management experience from day one.
• Comfortable taking over an in-progress system and driving it forward.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Replace patchwork integrations with a proper operational data layer.
• Own enrichment, deduplication, and lead scoring in our CRM (HubSpot).
• Provide self-service data access to non-technical teams.
• Connect ad spend data to outcomes and measure campaign performance in the CRM.
• Own and retire tools; lead cross-functional tool-selection decisions.
• Stabilize ticketing and webinar operations during high-volume periods.
• Manage and grow the ops team from day one.
• Run operations reporting aligned to the quarterly budgeting process.
