Pleo is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join Growth Intelligence. You will design and maintain integration architectures linking CRM, billing, and CS tooling to a central BigQuery warehouse, supporting RevOps, Customer Success, and AI products.

You will collaborate with RevOps, BAT teams, and Analytics Engineers to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable data foundations across multiple systems.

Qualificações

• Proven experience building and maintaining production data pipelines in a GTM data environment.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, APIs, and field management (HubSpot or comparable).
• Hands-on experience with reverse ETL patterns to push data back into operational tools.
• Extensive BigQuery experience.
• Experience implementing data contracts in production.
• Python proficiency for pipeline development and tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines between commercial tools and our BigQuery warehouse.
• Own reverse ETL flows to enrich and propagate warehouse data to operational tools.
• Implement data contracts with clear ownership, SLAs, and schema agreements.
• Partner with RevOps and BAT to translate data needs into reliable pipelines.
• Build monitoring and alerting for data quality and provide reliable dashboards.
• Simplify integration architecture by centralising flows through the warehouse.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineers to document pipeline outputs for modelling.
• Engage with tool owners and engineering teams to improve data quality at the source.
