Usercentrics is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and scale the Data Engineering function. You will own the data platform, drive DataOps strategy, and oversee integration with operational systems and third-party tools.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on data engineering expertise to deliver secure, reliable data pipelines and analytics-driven value. You will start by guiding a small team of data engineers and progressively build a broader DataOps/data platform

Qualificações

• Proven experience defining long term data platform and DataOps strategies.
• Hands-on background in data engineering to guide design decisions.
• Strong understanding of data integration patterns with operational systems and third party tools.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy concepts.
• Experience with observability and monitoring of data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a small data engineering team and scale to a broader DataOps organization.
• Define and own data warehousing strategy and technology stack.
• Architect integration of data platform with operational systems and third party tools.
• Set standards for data ingestion, quality, reliability and fault tolerance.
