Usercentrics is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead and scale our data engineering team as we modernize our data platform for a growing SaaS business. You will own the data warehousing strategy and end-to-end architecture, ensuring high quality data flows from multiple sources to support analytics, product, and commercial insights.

Qualificações

• 10+ years leading a data engineering or data platform team in a fast-growth environment.
• Experience in SaaS companies and data integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a Data Engineers team as hands-on player-coach to scale to a full data platform team.
• Own end-to-end data warehousing strategy, architecture, and platform evolution for a SaaS business.
• Define connections between data platform and operational/3rd-party tools for reliable data flows.
• Improve ingestion, enrichment, and foundational data layers powering reports and analytics.
• Govern platform data access, retention, and auditability with strong security and observability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Analytics, Commercial, and Finance.
