Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Head of Release and Deployment Management based in Madrid, Spain, operating in a hybrid mode. You will drive safe, scalable delivery of changes across 500+ production instances, govern end-to-end Release lifecycle, and ensure deployments meet security and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computing or information management.
• 8–10 years in release engineering, deployment management or DevOps roles.
• Hands-on deployment execution and troubleshooting experience.
• Leadership in large international IT ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end deployments across non-prod and prod environments.
• Maintain deployment pipelines, configurations and automation scripts.
• Troubleshoot deployment failures and implement fixes.
• Ensure releases meet quality, security and ops standards.
• Own deployment tooling and release orchestration.
• Coordinate release schedules across teams and stakeholders.
• Drive improvements in processes, automation, and tooling.
