Job summary

HAVI TechHUB is seeking a Release & Deployment Manager to join our team in Lisbon. You will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of software releases and their successful deployment within the IT environment.

You will collaborate with development, testing, operations, and project management to ensure efficient deliveries, minimize risks, and meet stakeholder expectations. Remote work options and flexible hours are offered.

Qualifications

Proven experience in IT Release Management or related roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile, Waterfall and DevOps.
Experience with release tools, version control, and automation frameworks.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement.
Familiarity with ITIL principles is advantageous.
Knowledge of QA processes and metrics is desirable.
Experience with Azure DevOps framework.
Experience implementing release processes from scratch.
Fluency in English.
