Bosch Service Solutions S.A. in Lisbon is seeking an Automation & AI Lead to drive automation and AI initiatives across HR processes. You will lead a team of Automation Specialists and Developers, turning business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

You will work with international stakeholders, evaluate Generative AI and LLMs, mentor analysts, and ensure secure, maintainable architectures while delivering measurable improvements across HR operations.

Qualificações

• University degree in a technical field.
• Several years of professional experience in Automation, AI, Software Development, Solution Design, or Business Process Optimization.
• Experience leading automation and/or AI projects and managing technical teams.
• Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Automation Specialists and Developers, including resource planning, task allocation, and performance development.
• Identify and prioritize automation and AI opportunities across HR processes in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions, including the integration of AI/ML technologies where relevant.
• Translate business requirements and complex process challenges into practical, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with international stakeholders to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and define automation roadmaps.
