Syensqo SA is seeking a Senior Manager for People Analytics & Workforce Planning to shape the HR data architecture, lead the HR data layer within the enterprise data lake, and drive the implementation of a third-party People Analytics platform.

You will co-lead the analytics capability, own the roadmap and reporting standards, and deliver strategic and operational HR insights with robust workforce planning and predictive capacity.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR Analytics or People Analytics and workforce planning.
• Strong grasp of HR data, metrics, reporting frameworks and governance.
• Experience designing dashboards and recurring reports for executives.
• Experience with HR systems, data integration, data models, data lakes or analytics platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Co-lead development of HR Analytics and Workforce Planning capability.
• Own HR Analytics roadmap, governance and reporting standards.
• Lead implementation and adoption of the People Analytics platform.
• Own standard HR dashboards and recurring reporting (headcount, attrition, hiring, absence).
• Provide ad hoc analyses to support HR leadership and business decisions.
• Develop position management, workforce planning processes and scenarios.
• Provide forward-looking insights to anticipate workforce risks and needs.
• Drive data quality and self-service reporting across HR and business.
