team.Blue is seeking a Head of HR Insights & Analytics to build the people analytics capability from the ground up across Europe. You will design the group-wide data framework, align metrics, and partner with HR, IT and finance to deliver reliable, actionable insights for CEOs and CHROs.

You will lead data quality remediation, develop dashboards, model headcount and cost trajectories, and explore AI opportunities.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence in a multi-country environment.
