• Proven ability to lead real culture change in a global, complex organisation.
• Experience using data and external evidence to measure change impact.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and HR stakeholders effectively.

• Define, own and evolve the enterprise culture strategy aligned with purpose and values.
• Establish fairness and inclusion as core cultural characteristics across leadership and processes.
• Create a robust culture measurement framework using quantitative & qualitative data.
• Embed culture across the employee lifecycle with clear activation across businesses.
• Define and steer the group’s performance philosophy and standards.
