Schréder in Portugal is seeking a People Analytics & HR Technology Specialist to strengthen people data, enhance HR technology and turn workforce information into insights for better business decisions. This individual contributor role sits within the People & Culture team at group level, focusing on governance and reliable HR platforms.

You will design and maintain dashboards and reports, collaborate with IT and vendors, and drive data quality, DEI and talent analytics across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• About 5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Tech.
• Experience with major HR platforms (Dynamics 365, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Strong reporting and visualization with Power BI and Excel.
• Experience with data quality, governance, and multinational environments.
• Exposure to AI, automation and digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Attention to data privacy and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, govern and improve HR systems and employee data with high data quality.
• Serve as main liaison between People & Culture, IT, vendors and stakeholders on HR tech.
• Lead testing, validation, documentation and deployment of HR system enhancements.
• Design and maintain workforce dashboards and reports.
• Translate complex workforce data into actionable insights.
• Develop key people metrics in planning, turnover, recruitment, performance, learning, DEI.
• Define and implement data quality controls across HR data sources.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams to improve data accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation in HR processes.
• Promote data literacy and evidence-based decisions.
