Syensqo in Belgium is seeking a Senior Manager People Analytics & Workforce Planning to shape our HR data architecture, governance and reporting standards. You will lead the implementation and adoption of a third-party People Analytics platform, and own standard dashboards, recurring reports, and workforce metrics for HR and business leaders.

Qualificações
- Extensive experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics and Workforce Planning.
- Proven ability to design dashboards and recurring executive reports.
- Strong data governance and HR data literacy.
- Experience with HR systems, data integration and data lakes.
- Excellent stakeholder management across HR, IT, Data and Finance.
Responsabilidades
- Co-lead the development of HR Analytics and workforce planning capabilities.
- Own the HR Analytics roadmap, governance and reporting standards.
- Lead the implementation of a selected People Analytics platform.
- Own standard HR dashboards and recurring reporting with core metrics.
- Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership decisions.
- Develop position management and strategic workforce planning processes.
- Provide predictive insights for future workforce needs.
- Drive data quality and self-service reporting across HR and business.
