Adecco Permanent Recruitment in Portugal is seeking an HR Reporting & Analytics Lead to drive data-driven decision-making and shape the HR analytics strategy. You will oversee data governance, dashboards, and analytics solutions while partnering across HR, IT, and business teams.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with HR data management, SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI/Tableau, and proven leadership to mentor the analytics team.

Qualificações

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR Reporting, Data Analytics, and Data Management within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Solid understanding of data governance principles, reporting frameworks, and data management best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets, generate meaningful insights, and communicate findings to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading teams and driving high-performance results.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the collection, organization, validation, and governance of HR data across multiple systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency;
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that provide actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making;
• Partner with HR leadership and HRIS teams to align reporting and analytics strategies with organizational objectives and workforce planning initiatives;
• Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and Digital teams to enhance data integration, improve reporting capabilities, and increase data accessibility across the organization;
• Act as the main point of contact for HR analytics initiatives, promoting a data-driven culture and supporting strategic decision-making;
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and leverage new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance analytics capabilities;
• Drive the adoption of advanced analytics and predictive reporting techniques to anticipate workforce trends and business needs;

Desired Profile:
