Job summary

SimpleStudy is a remote-friendly consumer AI platform for students. We seek an experienced performance marketer to own paid acquisition across international markets, optimizing CAC, ROAS, and LTV with data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate with design to craft effective ad creative and leverage tools like Mixpanel, Customer.io, and PostHog. Join a small, globally distributed team with a Lisbon-area office, working remotely across Europe.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a primary focus on paid user acquisition for consumer/mobile apps.
• Experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads/UAC, TikTok Ads, and/or Apple Search Ads.
• Track CAC, ROAS, and LTV as core metrics and make budget decisions accordingly.
• Comfortable working across multiple international markets and currencies.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in spreadsheets/SQL/dashboards.
• Experience briefing and iterating on ad creative with a designer using performance data.
• Familiarity with Mixpanel, Customer.io, or PostHog.
• Nice-to-have: B2B/demand-gen paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads for lead gen).
