Keyrock is seeking a Head of Engineering / Engineering Lead to lead the Options Engineering team and advance our Rust-native trading platform. You will drive automated quoting, execution, risk controls, and production reliability across the trading infrastructure.

You will mentor a team of engineers, collaborate with traders and quants, and shape the platform’s evolution for a fast-growing crypto market.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in systematic trading, options market-making or low-latency systems.
• Hands-on Rust, C++, or C development with production-grade code.
• Deep knowledge of automated quoting, execution, pricing, risk controls and data workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow the Options Engineering team, ~7 engineers.
• Own and evolve a Rust-native systematic options trading platform.
• Provide technical direction across trading infra, system design and reliability.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, risk, product, and infra teams.
