Keyrock is seeking a Senior Rust Engineer to join the Capital Markets division. You will design and operate high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure while collaborating with a global, fully remote team across European time zones.

The role emphasizes ownership, architectural leadership, and close partnership with quants and traders to drive resilience and efficiency in trading systems. Strong Rust, AWS, and Linux skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT/Market Making).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise for latency-sensitive workloads.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
• Deep familiarity with trading protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket).
• Low-latency networking and kernel-bypass concepts (DPDK).
• Agentic engineering tools: LLMs, MCP APIs, AI-First IDEs.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions and guide complex systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimize low-latency trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end‑to‑end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain trading infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, observability, and ops.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across connectivity, execution, and market data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Embrace agentic engineering: AI-assisted workflows and automation.
• Contribute to testing for critical components and production-readiness.
