Keyrock in Porto (Portugal) seeks a Senior Rust Engineer with deep trading systems experience and strong AWS knowledge to join our Capital Markets division. You will own high‑impact trading infrastructure and drive performance, reliability, and operability in a fully remote, global team.

Qualificações

• Production-grade Rust experience building high-performance, concurrent systems.
• Hands-on experience in systematic trading environments (HFT, Market Making, Quant trading).
• Strong AWS and Linux expertise, including latency-aware architecture and debugging.
• Proficiency in Python or scripting languages for automation and tooling.
• Familiarity with trading protocols (FIX, REST, WebSocket) and market data feeds.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and optimise low-latency trading systems.
• Own key trading stack components end-to-end from architecture to production.
• Collaborate with quants, traders, and engineers to improve performance and resilience.
• Maintain and evolve trading infrastructure focusing on performance, stability, observability.
• Troubleshoot production issues across connectivity, execution, and data handling.
• Drive engineering standards through leadership and code reviews.
• Embrace AI-assisted workflows and automation to evolve tooling.
• Contribute to testing for critical components.
