SearchApi is looking for an engineering manager to own delivery end to end, surfacing risk early and guiding through clear decisions. You’ll be the first escalation point when something breaks and you’ll help the founder step out of day-to-day work.

The role emphasizes writing, fast iteration, and leading through examples. You’ll work with a lean, bootstrapped team that ships real products to customers globally.

Qualificações

• Written example of how you ran a delivery process or unblocked a team.
• Technical enough to earn respect from engineers.
• Humane with data; you use metrics to help people.

Responsabilidades

• Run cadences: planning, standups, and retros.
• Track state of every active project and surface risks.
• Own delivery metrics: cycle time, review latency, reliability.
• Coordinate incidents and drive blameless RCA that changes something.
• Grow the team: 1:1s, coaching, and a hiring pipeline.
