Mastercard in Lisbon seeks a Senior Specialist to grow the Channel Partner ecosystem through digital engagement and value realisation. You will act at the intersection of onboarding, product management and analytics, based in the Lisbon hub, turning data into action.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, proactive and comfortable delivering partner-facing insights and digital capabilities across regions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong analytical skills with growth/onboarding product experience.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with high-volume processes.
• Intermediate analytics tools knowledge and familiarity with HTML.

Responsabilidades

• Promote onboarding of Channel Partners onto digital platforms using data-driven insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting on engagement.
• Run funnel analysis, reactivation campaigns and account hygiene.
• Support delivery of new digital capabilities and partner-facing insights.
