Job summary

Reporting to the F&B manager, you will drive menu development, maintain standards for breakfast through dinner, and foster a positive kitchen culture while upholding sustainability and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in high-end hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and develop kitchen teams across all outlets.
• Develop and maintain menus, recipes and standards per hotel concept.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety and cost control across operations.
• Coordinate breakfast, lunch, dinner, pool service and room service.
• Collaborate with restaurant, bar and hotel departments for guest experience.
