Job summary

Hotel Experimental Porto Infante Sagres Restaurant in Porto is seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen across all F&B outlets. You will ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, guest satisfaction, hygiene and operational efficiency while managing kitchen teams and food cost control.

Reporting to the F&B manager, you will coordinate with restaurant supervisors, bar manager and head sommelier; you will develop menus, oversee mise-en-place, scheduling, training, and ensure HACCP

Qualifications

• Previous Head Chef or senior kitchen leadership in a high-end hotel, restaurant or comparable hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine and food presentation.
• Ability to lead across outlets and coordinate with hotel departments.
• Excellent Portuguese and English communication.
