Agentic AI Startup in a fully remote setup is looking for an engineering manager to take over daily execution. You will own the weekly cadence for Channels and Analytics, surface priorities with PMs and engineering leadership, and bring structure to a fast-moving, low-process environment.

You will mentor senior engineers, run 1:1s, provide hard feedback, coach for growth toward management, and partner on hiring while keeping the team focused on delivering impact.

Qualificações

• 2+ years managing engineers in a product-delivery capacity, owning outcomes.
• Still technically live; shipped code recently and trusted by seniors to tackle hard problems.
• Genuine AI/LLM fluency and understanding of agentic systems and model reliability.
• Startup/scale-up experience with no process or TPM safety net.
• Able to lead senior engineers who require a thought partner rather than a process owner.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery ownership about 50%: own weekly cadence for Channels and Analytics, surface priorities with PMs and engineering leadership.
• Improve developer experience about 25%: remove friction and add structure to speed up delivery.
• People development about 25%: run 1:1s, give direct feedback, coach senior engineers and assist hiring.
• Leadership stays in loop on matters but day-to-day autonomy for the role.
