One Way Ventures is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a backend-focused squad. This hands-on role involves technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the quality of the Ruby on Rails codebase.

The right candidate will have over 8 years of backend experience, a strong grasp of system architecture, and familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows. The position is fully remote within the EU and offers generous benefits.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of backend engineering experience, with 2-3 years in engineering management or technical lead roles.
• Deep hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, actively working in the code.
• Strong experience in designing scalable backend systems.
