Beyond is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a cohesive team of engineers building the next evolution of our products. You will stay hands-on, strengthen CI/CD and operational practices, and mentor engineers to grow into stronger technologists who connect technical choices to customer and business outcomes.

You will drive architectural decisions, partner with product and design, and help ensure delivery speed, observability, and reliability while expanding our AI-assisted development

Qualificações

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience shipping and operating products in production.
• 5+ years of engineering management experience in a startup or distributed environment, including leading 8–10 direct reports.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Run a continuous weekly 1:1 practice, remove blockers, and mentor engineers on technical craft and career growth.
• Review code, design documents, tests, and CI/CD changes regularly to raise quality and speed.
• Drive architectural, tooling, and technical roadmap decisions to improve outcomes and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer-facing teams to connect technical work to revenue and customer experience.
• Plan, manage, and allocate engineering capacity against quarterly OKRs.
