Fundraise Up is looking for an AI Enablement Engineer to multiply engineering output by driving adoption of AI-assisted development. You’ll coach engineers, propagate proven practices, and build internal integrations that scale across teams.

You’ll work at the intersection of engineering culture and tooling, measuring impact with data-driven productivity gains and supporting secure, end-to-end AI solutions in a remote-first global team.

Qualificações

• Senior, hands-on engineer with a strong full-stack background in a product-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript for building services and integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Enablement & coaching with engineers through 1:1s, pair programming, workshops, and office hours.
• Capture and transfer best practices via living guides, prompt libraries and internal knowledge base.
• Build internal AI integrations and tooling from prototype to production with security reviews and CI/CD.
• Scale enablement through a network of embedded AI champions.
