ENDGAME is seeking a senior software engineer to own the full lifecycle from analysis to operation. You will design, implement, and ship scalable AI-enabled systems, collaborating with customers and teams to clarify problems, present trade-offs, and deliver high-quality software.

You will pair with product and design, build APIs, data pipelines and frontends, and drive reliability and performance while communicating clearly to stakeholders across Europe.

Qualificações

• Senior-level experience designing, engineering and implementing large-scale solutions.
• Proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Python, and .NET.
• Experience with distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write specs, ADRs and design docs.

Responsabilidades

• Build with AI: leverage generative tools and components; contribute new patterns.
• Engineer solutions and make architecture decisions; evaluate trade-offs and patterns.
• Pair daily with product and design to turn ambiguous problems into shippable increments.
• Build scalable services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontends; observe and optimize in production.
• Own the solution: reliability, scalability, performance, availability.
• Work directly with clients to clarify requirements, validate solutions and close the loop.
• Document clearly and present effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
