Atlean World in Lisbon is seeking a Guest Experience & Operations Specialist to deliver superb customer service and manage the reservation process for the Italian market, with support for the UK market.

You will convert customer interactions into bookings, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience. The role offers opportunities to grow quickly within a dynamic multinational company and involves rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in Sales and/or Hospitality.
• Fluent in Italian.
• English: Minimum B2 level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide a professional and friendly customer experience.
• Positive sales and marketing orientation, with ability to convert calls into bookings.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
