Atlean World in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Consulente Social Media - Italiano to join our multicultural, customer-focused team.

You will answer queries by phone, chat and email with a friendly, solution-oriented attitude; log interactions and follow brand guidelines; and work with colleagues to continuously improve the service. The role offers relocation support, free training with certification, private health insurance after training, and a renewable fixed-term contract.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian and good English
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willing to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal or Covilhã)
• Availability to work in shifts
• Clean criminal record
• B2+ English level
