Alfagar Group in Portugal is seeking an Entertainment Coordinator to oversee the guest entertainment program, coordinating with external providers and hotel departments to deliver high-quality experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in hospitality or tourist entertainment, strong organizational and communication skills, and fluency in Portuguese and English; flexibility and a proactive approach are essential for success in a dynamic property.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years in tourist entertainment or hospitality.
• Experience coordinating teams, suppliers, or service providers.
• Strong organizational, planning and follow-up skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dynamic, creative, responsible and proactive.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages a plus.
• Flexible schedule to support entertainment operations.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee the entertainment program with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, programs, and service standards.
• Monitor performance of external providers and service quality.
• Identify improvements and propose new activities to enrich guest experience.
• Liaise with hotel departments to integrate entertainment into operations.
• Assist in managing resources for activities.
• Ensure guest experience aligns with Alfagar Group’s quality standards and positioning.
