Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Almada, Portugal We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Almada, Portugal. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your main duties will include assisting guests with their requests, making reservations for dining and activities, arranging transportation, and providing recommendations for local attractions and events.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a concierge in a luxury hotel setting. You must possess excellent communication skills and have a friendly and approachable demeanor. As this role requires interacting with guests from different nationalities, fluency in English is required. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.

Additionally, you must have strong organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively to meet the needs of our guests. A flexible schedule is required as this position may involve working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
