Passion.io, a profitable, fast-growing SaaS platform in the creator economy, seeks a Senior GTM Engineer / Full-Cycle AI Closer who will architect and own our automated outbound engine from lead generation to contract.

You will close technical deals, run deep product evaluations, and ship AI-powered GTM systems, operating with startup grit in a fully remote, international team. Equity, profit share, equipment stipend, and generous vacation are offered.

Qualificações

• 2+ years closing technical deals end-to-end.
• Experience selling SaaS, developer tools, or PLG products.
• Startup grit with autonomous, builder mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own design, programming, and optimization of automated outbound engine.
• Close revenue by conducting deep product evaluations and negotiating to signature.
• Build and iterate GTM infrastructure with data enrichment and multi-channel workflows.
