Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Iberia marketing team. You will drive email, web, social and event campaigns to generate leads and promote Exclusive Networks and its brands. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and vendors to deliver multilingual content and localized campaigns.

You will manage newsletters, social content, webinars, and events, and oversee marketing funds, reports, and dashboards. A strong emphasis on creative content and digital tools is required.

Qualifications

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and Economics.
• Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese, English and Spanish, other languages are a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Software Marketing Automation experience is necessary (Hubspot preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, banners, eDMs...).
• Experience in event marketing is a big plus.
• Experience with Digital Marketing tools, Adobe suite, WordPress and knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques is preferred.
• Preferably experience in multinational B2B environment and/or IT companies.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to respect deadlines and prioritization of tasks are essential.
• Ability to function independently, while also being a real team player, in a rapidly evolving environment.
• A can-do attitude, hunger to learn, creative and proactive approaches are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create newsletters and email campaigns by using a dedicated marketing automation tool.
• Create, translate and localize contents for social media, eDMs, brochures.
• Update company website and other digital assets.
• Organize webinars, on-site events and other marketing campaigns.
• Administrative management of marketing funds: fund requests, claim processing and invoicing activities.
• Create reports, update trackers and calendars.
• Marketing database operations: upload, download, sanity check.
• Coordinate demand generation campaigns to achieve qualified leads for the business.
