Exclusive Networks Portugal is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Marketing Team. You will work with marketing, sales, and vendor teams to create emails, social content, and campaigns to generate qualified leads and promote Exclusive Networks and distributed brands.

The role requires a university degree in marketing or related fields, 2+ years in marketing, and proficiency with HubSpot, Excel, PowerPoint, and WordPress.

• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience.
• Marketing Automation experience (HubSpot) required.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with event marketing and digital tools preferred.

• Create newsletters and email campaigns using a marketing automation tool.
• Translate and localize contents for social media, eDMs, brochures.
• Update company website and digital assets.
• Organize webinars and on-site events.
• Administrative management of marketing funds: requests, claims, invoicing.

• Coordinate demand generation campaigns for qualified leads.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

About the role

We are looking for a professional to join our Marketing Team as a Marketing Specialist. The Marketing Specialist will report to the Marketing Director of Iberia and will collaborate with our marketing, sales and vendors’ teams in developing and executing email, web, social media, event and marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and to promote Exclusive Networks and the distributed brands.

• Create newsletters and email campaigns by using a dedicated marketing automation tool.
• Create, translate and localize contents for social media, eDMs, brochures.
• Update company website and other digital assets.
• Organize webinars, on-site events and other marketing campaigns.
• Administrative management of marketing funds: fund requests, claim processing and invoicing activities.
• Create reports, update trackers and calendars.
• Marketing database operations: upload, download, sanity check.
• Coordinate demand generation campaigns to achieve qualified leads for the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

About you

The ideal candidate: University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and Economics. Fluent in written and spoken Portuguese, English and Spanish, other languages are a plus. At least 2 years of experience in marketing. Software Marketing Automation experience is necessary (Hubspot preferred). Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Ability to deliver creative content (text, banners, eDMs…). Experience in event marketing is a big plus. Experience with Digital Marketing tools, Adobe suite, WordPress and knowledge of SEO/SEM techniques is preferred. Preferably experience in multinational B2B environment and/or IT companies. Attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to respect deadlines and prioritization of tasks are essential. Ability to function independently, while also being a real team player, in a rapidly evolving environment. A can-do attitude, hunger to learn, creative and proactive approaches are essential.
