Yofy, a Lisbon-based sports data startup, seeks an experienced growth marketer to rapidly acquire customers and drive MRR growth after early traction. You will own the growth funnel, from onboarding to trial conversion, and lead social content creation alongside a small, fast-moving team.

With 2–3+ years in B2C growth or SaaS, you’ll build affiliate, influencer, and UGC programs while operating with autonomy. The role offers relocation support and a Lisbon office, four days a week.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3+ years in B2C growth or marketing, ideally on a subscription or SaaS product.
• Proven experience acquiring customers through social, partnerships or influencers.
• Data-driven: track funnel metrics and attribute impact of campaigns.
• Comfortable creating social visuals with Canva or Figma.

Responsabilités

• Bring in new paying customers fast and grow MRR month over month.
• Build and run the social media strategy, including producing visuals yourself.
• Launch and scale affiliate, influencer and UGC programs, without relying on paid ads.
• Optimize onboarding, trial and checkout to turn more trials into subscribers.
• Steer the marketing intern on blog and social content.
