Fresha is hiring for a sales role in Portugal to drive growth with beauty and wellness partners. You will prospect, demo products, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions.

A results-driven hunter mindset and strong relationship-building skills are essential. Fluency in Portuguese and English is a plus, with in-person collaboration at our office.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• KPIs: Consistently achieve sales targets.
• Outreach: Contact key decision-makers via phone, email, and social touches to bring on new business.
• Selling: Present, promote and demo products to prospective and existing partners.
• Sales cycle: Manage full process from prospecting to close.
• Partnering: Align Fresha solutions to partner needs and objectives.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments to ensure smooth partner experience.
• Market trends: Provide feedback on industry trends.
• Leads: Follow up on qualified inbound leads and document outcomes in CRM.
• Business partnering: Serve as lead contact for partners on commercial activities.
