Job summary

DansUGC is seeking a Claude Code‑powered growth engineer who loves automating systems and shipping fast. You will design AI-powered content pipelines, automate GTM workflows, and run experiments across content, email, and distribution to drive scalable growth.

You’ll wire tools and scrapers to operate with minimal headcount, turning ambitious ideas into working prototypes by Friday. If you obsess over prompt chaining, do not sleep until the next prompt is solved.

Qualifications

• Experience with Claude Code, Cursor or OpenClaw to ship something you're proud of.
• Sleep optimization for prompt optimization and workflow iteration.
• Familiar with n8n, Instantly and prompt chaining; excited by automation.
• Believes TikTok is a great B2B channel and has built automation to save half a day of work.
• Enjoy shipping rapidly, even if it breaks things to learn faster.

About the Role

We're not looking for a marketer. We're not looking for a developer.

We're looking for a Claude Code‑wielding, OpenClaw‑bending, prompt‑engineering growth freak who thinks in systems, ships fast, and gets unreasonably excited about automation.

Your job is to experiment — and then automate everything that works.

What you'll do:

• Build and run AI-powered content pipelines
• Design and automate GTM systems (outreach, lead gen, email sequences)
• Run growth experiments across content, email, and distribution
• Wire up tools, scrapers, and workflows that scale without headcount
• Turn "wouldn't it be cool if..." into a working prototype by Friday

You're a fit if you:

• Have used Claude Code, Cursor, or OpenClaw to ship something you're proud of.
• Have troubles sleeping because you're thinking of the next prompt.
• Think "n8n", "Instantly", "webhooks", and "prompt chaining" are exciting words.

• Have shipped something broken on purpose just to learn faster.

You're not a fit if you:

• Need a detailed brief before starting anything
