Lebull.pt in Lisbon seeks a Product Manager to own the end-to-end player experience across iOS, Android and web. You will drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and retention by translating growth insights into product improvements.

Define the product roadmap, prioritise features by impact on key metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming standards. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Tech and Country Manager to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, growth product, or UX-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behaviour.
• Data-driven and comfortable with analytics and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own Lebull.pt’s app and website experience and define the product roadmap.
• Prioritise features to improve conversion, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Tech and Country Manager to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
• Define delivery plans, backlog and success metrics.
