You should have mobile gaming experience, strong data analysis, and the ability to lead teams and present insights to executives. This role focuses on performance, monetization, and delivering engaging player experiences in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in mobile gaming and understanding of live operations.
• Ability to craft product specifications and data-driven reports.
• Strong knowledge of game analytics, statistics and business analysis.
• Deep understanding of the mobile games market and monetization.
• Proven ability to lead a team with clear goals and input.
• Excellent presentation skills for executives and game teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft product requirements and the product roadmap.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle for mobile games with complex economies and feature areas.
• Write feature specifications and in-game flow definitions with game designers.
• Own business goals for products and drive decisions to meet market and company needs.
• Monitor game and market status and adjust systems and campaigns as needed.
