Nextchallenge in Lisbon is searching for a Head of Product to enhance the player experience across app and web platforms. The role involves owning the product roadmap, improving conversion and engagement metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include leading product enhancements, defining retention strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates will have a background in product management or UX-driven roles, and experience in gaming or fintech will be advantageous.

Qualificações

• Experience in product management, growth product, or UX-driven roles.
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behaviour.
• Experience with mobile apps and web platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end player experience across app and web.
• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with business and growth priorities.
• Work closely with Marketing to translate data into product improvements.
