Samlino Group in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Founder's Associate to help drive growth across three markets. The role is full-time and onsite, with regular travel to international markets and hands-on exposure to founders and senior teams.

You will own diverse projects, set strategic plans, and work cross-functionally to deliver tangible results while developing leadership and valuable business insight.

Qualifications

• Proactive mindset, strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with a track record of owning projects from conception to completion.
• Ambition to excel and drive tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to structure and prioritise work.
• Danish speaker, fluent in English and an EU work permit is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
• Set ambitious but achievable goals, develop strategic plans and execute with urgency.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain momentum.
• Drive accountability by clarifying roles and responsibilities within the team.
