Job summary

EDP is seeking a Grid Infrastructure & Service Management Analyst to join the team in Lisbon. You will identify and translate business needs into clear requirements, act as the interface for ServiceNow management, and support Dynatrace, automation, and CMDB services.

You will monitor service quality, lead reviews, and coordinate across teams to ensure efficient, compliant operations in an OT setting. Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Management or related field.
• 2+ years in Service Management or OT environment.
• Experience managing client and stakeholder relationships and prioritisation.
• Ability to liaise with technical teams and product managers.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence; Dynatrace or observability tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL and CMDB; automation and workflow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Identify and translate business needs into requirements and priorities.
• Interface with ServiceNow management; follow up on evolution requests and user needs.
• Support Dynatrace, automation, workflow platforms and CMDB services.
• Monitor service quality via SLAs, KPIs, incidents, backlog and improvements.
• Lead service review meetings and track actions and risks.
• Coordinate incidents, problems, requests, and changes across teams.
• Use ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence to track activities and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and streamline processes.
• Support continuous improvement and alignment between business and IT.
