Aubay Portugal is looking for an experienced Application Support professional to join our 24x7 operations in Lisbon. You will monitor critical systems using Dynatrace and TBSM, diagnose incidents, and coordinate resolution with Jira and Control-M.

You will thrive in a collaborative team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and stay focused on service reliability, ethics and customer satisfaction in a hybrid work model.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years in Application Support in 24x7 environments.
• Proficient with Dynatrace and TBSM monitoring.
• Experience with Control-M, SCOM, and other monitoring tools.
• Strong diagnostic skills reading logs and metrics.
• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
• Committed to integrity, ethics and team collaboration.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyze critical systems, applications, and services with Dynatrace and TBSM.
• Correlate events, assess business impact, diagnose, and escalate incidents.
• Analyze logs, alerts and performance metrics for stability.
• Manage incidents using Jira and track them efficiently.
• Verify and execute actions in batch processes with Control-M.
• Work 24x7 shift regime: 3 days on-site, 1 remote day, then 2 days off.
