Mercer in Lisbon is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support graduate and intern recruitment across Germany and Austria, joining Oliver Wyman's new Lisbon hub. This hybrid role requires three days in the office weekly.

You will coordinate interviews, screen candidates, prepare contracts, and maintain data in Workday, working with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR Operations to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Up to 2 years of experience in internal recruitment or HR coordination.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate interviews, assessment centres, and recruitment activities across multiple stakeholders.
• Review CVs, support candidate screening, and manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in Workday and other HR systems while ensuring process compliance.
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, Executive Assistants, and HR Operations to support hiring initiatives.
• Contribute to campus recruitment activities and other talent acquisition projects as required.
